  The deep dish ALM was good last night at 7pm. Problem was we ordered it at 5pm! First waitress forgot to put it in. Well I figured that was an honest mistake. She was "cut" about 40 minutes later, but never came back to our table to tell us a new waitress was going to take care of us. We did see the second waitress who informed us about the change. 30 minutes later still no pizza, or waitress in sight. I had to go and catch another server by the kitchen door. He was quite polite and offered to bring it to the managers attention. Server later reported at our table that pizza had just 4 minutes to go. 10 minutes later it was delivered and the second waitress refilled our beverages (for the first time since we sat down). Manager never came by. First waitress was serving other people, but never came back near us. Pizza was well made, but service was a big disaster.

  Been going here since 1982. Get the "Top of the Line" pizza. Always a winner. House salads are great just due to the way they shred the lettuce and add mozzarella on top.
